Licensing is here!
New York State is now
mandates all home inspectors in the state to be licensed. MAHI has been instrumental in both the design and passage of this
bill.
As of January 1,
2006 any home inspection completed in New York State must be accomplished by a
licensed inspector.

MAHI offers NAHI CRI exam:
The Metropolitan
Association of Home Inspectors - MAHI, offered and proctored the
National Association of Home
Inspectors Certified Real Estate Inspector - NAHI CRI -
exam at their April 2005 monthly meeting . Forty three members of NAHI took the
exam.
